Cancellation Policy

Lemony Fresh Cleaning Service Nottingham 1. Introduction Welcome to Lemony Fresh Cleaning Service Nottingham. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services to our clients throughout Nottingham and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. 2. Services We offer domestic and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: general cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, carpet cleaning, and office maintenance. Services are performed by trained, vetted, and insured staff. We provide all cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed. 3. Bookings Bookings must be made through our official communication channels: website, email, telephone, or official social media pages. All bookings are subject to availability. Recurring service slots are prioritized for existing clients but may be adjusted with prior notice. 4. Pricing and Payment All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). A deposit may be required at the time of booking for large or specialized jobs (e.g., end-of-tenancy cleans). Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, debit/credit card, cash. Late payments may incur a £20 administration fee and 5% interest per month on the outstanding amount. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. If we arrive on-site and are unable to gain access, the full service fee will be charged. 6. Client Obligations Clients must provide safe access to the property at the agreed service time. The property must have working utilities (water, electricity, heating) for our staff to perform the service. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to service. If pets are present, they must be secured to ensure the safety of both staff and pets. 7. Our Obligations We will provide services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism. We will make every effort to complete services within the agreed time frame, but timing may vary based on property condition. In the event of staff illness or emergency, we will notify clients as soon as possible and attempt to reschedule.
